Year-End Tax Statements

Year-End Tax Statements have been mailed.

If you need to request an additional copy of your annual tax statement you may email a request with your account number to tax-statement@lbsavings.com. A copy of your year-end statement will be sent to the mailing address on file for your account within two business days of the request.

Important Note: We are aware that box 10 of the Mortgage 1098 Interest Statement does not include the total taxes paid from escrow accounts, if applicable. Our vendor will issue corrected statements with this information. In the meantime, you may view taxes disbursed on your behalf in the prior year on the history statement provided.
