Let us know when you plan to travel internationally so we can make sure your debit card will be available for use. When you call, please have your dates of travel and the countries you will be visiting handy. It is also important that we have a current phone number on file so that we may contact you in the event that suspicious or out of the ordinary activity is recognized on your account.

Before leaving town, it’s easy to schedule automatic bill payments through Bill Pay. If you forget to schedule a payment before your trip, you can make a payment quickly and easily by logging into Bill Pay from any Internet accessible device. To stay current with your bills when traveling for a long period of time, you can also choose to receive electronic bills (eBills).
Set up custom alerts.
You may set up alerts for delivery to your email address or mobile device when certain criteria are met. Choose to be notified when:
- Your balance is above or below a threshold you specify
- A check has cleared or a deposit posts to your account

Your debit card comes with Visa's Zero Liability¹ protection on purchases at no cost to you. If your card or card number is ever lost, stolen or used without your authorization, you are not responsible for promptly reported, unauthorized transactions.
To help ensure your card will not be temporarily suspended due to unusual patterns, remember to notify Luther Burbank of your upcoming travel plans and provide contact information should we need to reach you. When calling, we will ask you for travel dates and countries to be visited.
Rest comfortably, we are monitoring your account for suspicious activity.
If a suspicious transaction is identified, the transaction will be blocked and a fraud protection representative will attempt to reach you via telephone. If you receive a voicemail that suspicious activity has been identified and your card has been blocked, return the call to 877-253-8964 or 973-682-2652 if outside the U.S.
Contact us immediately if your Luther Burbank debit card has been lost or stolen.
If you believe your card has been lost or stolen call 855-326-4459 or contact your local branch. If your card is lost while you are traveling internationally, call collect 614-564-5105.
Once you notify us of your lost or stolen card, we will issue a new one and mail it to the address on file, or to a one-time shipping address if you are traveling. Your replacement card will have a new number and expiration date. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) may be selected by following the activation instructions provided with the new card.
