Our mission is to improve your financial future — whether you are a customer, employee or shareholder.
You’re worth more here.
Luther Burbank Savings exists to help you succeed. We want to improve your financial future — and so your life.
We offer a comprehensive suite of mortgage and savings products designed to protect and expand your enduring worth — to help you prosper in the things that matter most to you — your home, your business, your real estate portfolio, your dreams for the future.
Since opening our doors in 1983, we have recorded profits consecutively since our second quarter of operations. This is a true testament to our team and their efforts to maintain fiscally sound banking practices. Consequently, we have grown to a $5.6 billion institution with nine branches, four loan offices, and over 300 employees.
We are experts in originating and underwriting multifamily and residential real estate properties funded by retail savings deposits. We have an established reputation of high integrity, responsive delivery and competitive pricing.
We have given back to our communities by philanthropically supporting dozens of community partners, both financially, and by contributing thousands of service hours.
We are always looking for new talent seeking opportunities to grow — personally and professionally — and to help our clients prosper. If you are interested in joining the Luther Burbank team, please reach out to us.
Luther Burbank (March 7, 1849 – April 11, 1926) was an American botanist, horticulturist and pioneer in agricultural science, who lived and worked in Santa Rosa, California.
During his life, he introduced over 800 varieties of plants and hundreds of ornamental flowers including the Shasta daisy, depicted in our logo. His Russet Burbank Potato is still the most widely cultivated potato in the United States.
His legacy of organic growth and hybridization of plants inspires us in the way we view financial growth. We ensure that our clients' financial worth endures by maintaining banking practices that are built to survive economic cycles.
We offer flexibility and competitive rates for both savings and lending products while providing unparalleled personal service, care and tending to each of our customers.
